Purchased subscription, didn’t allow access to anything, no support method available on app. Cancelled subscription and requesting refund with apple for the initial month charge. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I have been doing kegels for ever, but this make it so much simpler and I have decided to build my own custom rutine, so well done for offering this. Besides the kegels, the Self Improvement is taking me to a new a level, I love it and my wife loves the results.

For years, I struggled with PE and felt embarrassed and frustrated. This app changed my life. The PC training was a game-changer, but the Self Improvement module truly made the difference. It helped me understand and control my arousal. After just a few weeks, my confidence soared. Now, with the Couples Development module, my partner and I are closer than ever. If you’ve been struggling like I did, don’t hesitate. This app works.

Excellent app! This app has been instrumental in overcoming my PE. The pelvic floor exercises were key, but the Self Improvement module really made a difference by helping me understand and manage my arousal. I still use the PC training regularly. Now, they've added a Couples Development module, which I’m excited to try with my wife. It sounds fun and challenging. The guided meditations are a nice touch, though I use them less frequently. Tracking my progress with the KPIs has been super motivating.
