Super user friendly and exactly what I needed to really dial things in. Some apps make you feel like you need a computer science degree just ti get logged in. This one makes following the program so easy that literally ANYONE can do it. The user interface is easy and streamlined and tracking workouts, progress, nutrition all in one place is super convenient.
