Now it won’t even open. It’s been months not working no updates or anything. There are a lot of IOS Apple Phone users who are feeling very frustrated at the silent treatment this issue is getting from Revalize. Yes it works on the PC but that is not convenient to carry around in the field. If you are not going to fix it, then just say so so we can look for a better solution to mobile information for our customers. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-05-17* Under Apple’s latest update the app does not work at all. Just crashes out every time it is opened. Not if Revalize, the parent company has even figured this out at all. They just put an email blast out to all their customer that it is not working at all and suggested just using a PC. Thanks Revalize…., doesn’t really help food service equipment professionals have access to important information while on the road doing business. Eliminated live phone support and continues to have persistent bugs/issues. Not supporting Apple/Mac users is a farce. Parallels is not a real solution. All of the sudden with the new update the app won’t even open and just shuts down. Useless space on my phone until they fix this bug. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Total waste they don’t support this *2024-11-25* I have used AQgo for 3 years, after the October apple update it stopped working all together. I sent in a service request to the developer, and I was told they have stopped supporting the AQgo. My company pays a pretty hefty subscription fee for us, but they won’t support this. If I could, I would get rid of Auto Quotes altogether. They should be embarrassed. ### 1/5 — Simply does not work *2024-11-22* We have 25 Autoquote licences in our business. The AQ Go app simply does not work on some IPads. Including the newer iPad. If you are planning on buying into the AQ ecosystem, ensure you don’t need remote access. Based on what we pay every year, it is shocking the app does not work and to add to the pain, there still isn’t an IOS version of the software. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2024-11-19* App Crashes upon start up every time.
