### 3/5 — Won’t download

*2018-09-10, version 1.0*

I paid for the app but ‘offloaded’ it to save storage on my phone when not needed, however I am now unable to re download it

### 3/5 — Really useful

*2018-05-24, version 1.0*

Super useful app however there are quite a few mistakes

### 4/5 — Really Good

*2016-04-04, version 1.0*

If you're doing AS psychology buy it!!! Helps loads, worth the money

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bad

*2024-02-20, version 1.0*

AWFUL App don’t waste £7! Better apps like Quizlet and psych boost are much cheaper

### 1/5 — Not very good.

*2022-03-21, version 1.0*

It’s not very interactive and will only test you on the whole subject and not separate subjects. Layout could also be improved. And for the money paid it was not worth it.

### 1/5 — Nope don’t get

*2019-05-19, version 1.0*

If this was free maybe but I just wasted my money on a very poorly made app :(

### 1/5 — Doesnt work with latest version of iOS - on iPhone

*2018-07-17, version 1.0*

Useless if it cant be loaded onto most recent versions of iOS

### 1/5 — Poor

*2018-05-22, version 1.0*

Really poor quality for the money, only gives basic words and confusing overviews on what the question could be, not worth it.

### 1/5 — Not worth the money

*2016-04-29, version 1.0*

I know people are desperate when it comes to this time of the year but some of the stuff on here you really don't need to know, maybe it's for the old course but don't get it..

### 2/5 — Mixed views

*2017-06-14, version 1.0*

I have mixed views about this app. The actual context is amazing! The layout is really easy to understand, and has allowed me to better understand the subject. However, a big problem I have found is that, the test yourself questions provide the wrong answers. This has happened for both apps, and meaning that I have to go back and check for the correct answer, of which proved that the answer I got right was marked as incorrect. Questions should allow me to consolidate my knowledge but this app doesn't help this. And this is the reason I decided to get this app as opposed to the text book. Big disappointment

### 3/5 — Good content, buggy

*2025-01-23, version 1.0*

The app has good content (i believe)and has a range of exam questions to practice with! I just find that the app itself is slightly outdated and so buggy

### 3/5 — It’s okay

*2020-09-02, version 1.0*

Would’ve given it a higher rating if it was a fair price. The other AQA apps are 1.99 for one year of content so I’m not sure why the psychology one is 5.99. The layout is pretty old fashioned but the content is all there. Mini quizzes are helpful but I think introducing flashcards would be better. Would just use quizlet next time

### 3/5 — Okay

*2019-01-03, version 1.0*

The app is a good companion for the revision guide when you’re on the go. However, the layout is really boring and no particularly inviting, I’d much prefer it if it was set up better especially considering how much it costs.

### 5/5 — ⚠️PLEASE FIX THIS⚠️

*2024-03-22, version 1.0*

the title bar on the top of the screen is moving up and down as i score through the page and blocking stuff please fix it!!!!

### 5/5 — Very Good :)

*2020-03-04, version 1.0*

Very good content wise, format could use updating. Would recommend.

### 5/5 — Amazing! Got me an A at alevel

*2018-08-20, version 1.0*

At first I wasn’t sure how good this app would be, but I found how it breaks down the information very very useful. Also it really helped my to learn the evaluation points. The practice questions are great and there were so many that I practiced with that actually came up in my exams! Also there are lots of little tips and explanations of common student mistakes. Well worth the money!

### 5/5 — Brilliant app for psychology revision

*2018-03-24, version 1.0*

This app is brilliant it breaks the information down so easily and gives you enough detail to get full marks for evaluation - something I felt was lacking in my class notes. It also includes tonnes of exam questions! I downloaded this app before my mocks and got an A* so I would suggest that it is very effective. I am still giving this app 5 stars but a few things to be aware of are: if you already own the illuminate publishing revision guides the content is exactly the same, occasionally it gives you 4 strengths and one limitation which could be problematic in an exam scenario if it specifically asks for 2 limitations, and the interactive quiz section has a limited number of questions so you begin to learn the answers rather than fully testing yourself. Other than that it’s brilliant!

### 5/5 — Worth the money

*2016-05-22, version 1.0*

At first £6 seems like a lot but it's totally worth it, not only to revise from but to refer to in class. It's quick and easy to look up an answer or a definition and so is more useful than the textbook in some aspects. If they develop another app for A2 I am definitely buying it.

### 5/5 — Really Helpful

*2016-03-28, version 1.0*

A great revision app, though could there be an update where you have a tracker of your previous scores on tests showing the answers you put as well. I think that would help give people an idea on how much they have improved as well as allowing them to identify where they may need to revise more I.e. Referring to a topic which may have lower test scores than the other topics. Overall, really useful and a simple layout making it easy to take in the information. 👍

### 5/5 — Yeah gorn, buy it.

*2016-03-14, version 1.0*

I thought 6 pounds was too much too, but it's really useful all in all. Jam packed with everything you'd need for the test.

### 4/5 — Pretty good

*2022-09-19, version 1.0*

It’s definitely helpful, the mini quizzes are good and all the information is there. It’s easy to access etc however would be helpful for a mark scheme to be there for the exam questions as you don’t know whether you answered correctly, as well as flashcards, which they don’t have.

### 4/5 — Studies

*2019-01-24, version 1.0*

This app is really good for revision of any topic in psychology however it would be great if there was a file just for all the studies in psychology.

### 4/5 — Very helpful!

*2017-05-25, version 1.0*

The app had all the relevant information which is very helpful (it might be better if there were different colours for each topic as it would make it much more readable)
