The tower has great potential and offers a comfortable living experience to many residents. However, I would like to kindly suggest a few improvements that could further enhance the overall ambiance and satisfaction of the community: • The exterior of the tower feels quite dark, especially at night. Adding more lighting around the building would significantly improve the look and safety of the property. A well-lit exterior can truly reflect the premium image of the project. • Despite many residents raising concerns through reviews and complaints, proper cleaning is still lacking in some areas. Often, only selective spots are cleaned, especially near balconies with visible names. A more consistent and transparent cleaning schedule across all floors would be highly appreciated. As we are now in 2025, I believe it’s a great time for AQAAR to revisit some of these basic but important aspects to maintain the quality and reputation of this iconic project.
