been a month we trying to get flat from aqaar , we visited the office and we were advised to check always in the application, but nothing is appearing at all , at same time when search on the brockers they had told us it’s available but u have to pey more money , another story the brocker says to us we are hiding the unit and it will not appear to everyone it only for us once you pey the money will ask aqaar office to open it in system , got what’s app chat by the way , so not recommended at all

Dear AQAAR Management,

First of all, I would like to appreciate your efforts in maintaining Ajman One Tower, one of the signature projects in Ajman. The tower has great potential and offers a comfortable living experience to many residents.

However, I would like to kindly suggest a few improvements that could further enhance the overall ambiance and satisfaction of the community:
	•	The exterior of the tower feels quite dark, especially at night. Adding more lighting around the building would significantly improve the look and safety of the property. A well-lit exterior can truly reflect the premium image of the project.
	•	Despite many residents raising concerns through reviews and complaints, proper cleaning is still lacking in some areas. Often, only selective spots are cleaned, especially near balconies with visible names. A more consistent and transparent cleaning schedule across all floors would be highly appreciated.

As we are now in 2025, I believe it’s a great time for AQAAR to revisit some of these basic but important aspects to maintain the quality and reputation of this iconic project.

Thank you for your attention, and I truly hope these suggestions are taken in the spirit of continuous improvement.

i used quick pay to pay the service fee. then it flashed for less than a second the receipt before vanishing. uae pass does not connect to my flat either.

This one of my worst experiences with such kind of app., however, it’s belong to one of the well known developers in Ajman and still they couldn’t pay attention to this fatal down point. 😡
