## What is Aqar Nova?

Aqar Nova is your real-estate office in your pocket: enter your office's code or scan its QR code, and everything is there.

Tenants
- Upcoming and overdue instalments with Gregorian and Hijri dates; pay by mada, Apple Pay or STC Pay when your office collects online.
- Your contracts, to read or share.
- Report a problem with photos from the camera, follow the technician and the visit, and rate the job.
- Sign your contract electronically with a code sent to your phone.

Owners
- Your units, their status and your share; your statement with the office, printable for any period.
- Approve or refuse a repair estimate right from the alert.

Office staff
- Today's collection: overdue and due instalments with call and WhatsApp buttons; full or partial collection issues the receipt automatically.
- Units and on-site photos, tasks, viewings and maintenance requests.

Everyone
- AI assistant: ask about your contracts, payments and units.
- In-app alerts for instalments, maintenance and contracts.
- Fingerprint or Face ID unlock; Arabic first, with English.

The app works with offices subscribed to the Aqar Nova platform. To look around without an account, tap "Try the demo office" on the first screen.
