設定の問題だと思うが、ゲートで反応せず。事前に使える状態かどうかテストできるなど現地で困らないような対応を検討してほしい。
後ろからたくさんクラクション鳴らされた。出入り自由という構想はとても良かっただけに残念。

入場は問題なくできたものの、出口で「アプリを起動しゲーを開く」を押してもずっと探索中のままとなり、出口が1つしかない立駐で15分近く後続車を待たせる事態になりました。
Bluetooth接続が不安定なのか、カメラでのナンバープレート認識が不安定なのか知りませんが...
もうこのアプリは使いません。
1度撤退してから改善後リリースのほうがいいと思います。。

こちら駐車場ゲート前でBluetooth経由で接続してゲートを開けるというシステムのものですが、まず「探索中」の画面で全然繋がらない。
Wi-Fiを切っても、アプリを一度再起動しても変わらない。
QRコード式にすれば良いのに、なんで未だに改善しないのか謎。
間が抜けすぎています。

こちらの事前情報を元にiPhone側、車側双方ともカープレイを事前に切断したにも関わらず、2分待って開かず、再チャレンジ3回やっても開かず。後ろが渋滞してきたので、フリーダイヤルに電話、機械音声がまた長い。最悪です。

他の方のレビューで事前に、
「自分の乗るクルマのApple CarPlayを切断しておかないと使えない」
との有難い情報を聞いていたのでなんとか使えましたが、

反応が悪い！！

ゲート前で「検索中、、、」とずっとなってて、ゲートを開けるようになるまで1分以上待たされました。
たまたま休日の新青山ビル地下駐車場だったのでガラガラなので大丈夫でしたが、後ろに他のクルマに並ばれた時には全く使い物にならないと思います。
アプリではなく駐車場側の設備の問題もあるでしょうが改善を希望しますね。

てか、QRコードでいいんじゃ無いの？
Bluetooth読み取り機よりもQRコードリーダーの方がコスト高いのかな？

予約した駐車場に入るのに開かず、後ろの方に迷惑をかけました。

迷惑回避のため、開けるために駐車券を取りたいのに、「駐車券を取らないで、取ったら別料金（二重支払い）になる」ような説明があり、駐車券が取れない。

駐車場入り口でコールセンターに電話するしかなく、ナビダイヤルでつながるまで待つ。時間かかる。後ろの方に迷惑。

利用者のデバイスに依存するシステムはやめてほしい。
