## What is AQMS?

AQMS (Adaptive QMS) brings your organization's Quality Management System to your phone or tablet, giving employees secure, on-the-go access to the trainings, controlled documents, and quality activities that keep regulated operations running smoothly.
AQMS Mobile is built for organizations in life sciences, manufacturing, and other regulated industries that already rely on the AQMS web platform. It connects securely to your company's dedicated AQMS environment using your organization's unique Company Key, ensuring your data always routes to the correct, isolated instance and is never shared with any other organization.

KEY FEATURES:

1. Personalized Dashboard: See your quality-related activities at a glance. Track assigned trainings, open and review documents on the go, review status summaries, and stay on top of what needs your attention, all from a clean, mobile-friendly customizable dashboard.

2. Controlled Document Viewer: Open and review controlled documents directly within the app. Toggle between the Final Approved Copy and the Marked-Up Copy to see exactly what changed and why, with the same document integrity your organization relies on in the web platform.

3. Training Assignments and Completion: Complete assigned trainings from anywhere. Read through controlled training documents at your own pace, then complete the training using the method your organization has configured:
• Read-and-acknowledge trainings, where you confirm you have reviewed the full document.
• Quiz-based trainings, where you answer multiple-choice questions, see your score against the required pass rate, and retake the assessment if needed to improve your results.

After completing a quiz, you can optionally rate the training and leave feedback, helping your quality team continuously improve training content.

4. Secure Electronic Signatures: When a signature is required to complete a training or acknowledge a document, AQMS Mobile uses your device's biometric authentication (Face ID or fingerprint/Class 3 biometrics) as the primary signing method, with a password fallback always available. A clear on-screen statement tells you exactly what you are attesting to before you sign, and that statement is preserved in your organization's audit trail.

5. Built for Regulated Environments: AQMS Mobile is designed with electronic records and electronic signature practices common in regulated industries in mind. Every signing event, training attempt, and document access is logged with contextual details including device information, app version, and authentication method supporting your organization's audit and compliance processes.

6. Secure by Design: Each organization using AQMS operates on its own dedicated, isolated server environment. AQMS Mobile authenticates you against your specific organization's environment using your Company Key and your individual credentials, so your training records, documents, and quality data stay exactly where your organization's IT and quality teams intend them to be.

7. Account Protection: To protect your account and your organization's data, repeated incorrect password attempts will lock your account and automatically notify your system administrator, consistent with the security controls already in place on the AQMS web platform.

8. Who It's For: AQMS Mobile is intended for employees at organizations already using the AQMS Quality Management System who need convenient, secure access to their assigned trainings and controlled documents outside the office, on the plant floor, in the field, or anywhere work happens. Access requires an active AQMS account provisioned by your organization; AQMS Mobile is not a standalone consumer app and cannot be used without an existing organizational subscription.
