Very useful. They are have horrible drivers and even worse customer service. My driver came so late when I order at 2:30am to get to work, he arrived late and still spent more than 5 minutes looking for me even though I kept flagging him down while he kept driving around “pretending” to look for me. Perhaps because of the color of my skin. I will advise all international students and workers to avoid this service. You’re better off using an Uber. To top it off I paid cash on this occasion and it was £5:20 so I told driver to take £6 to save messing trying to find change and when he gave my change I threw it in my purse and ran into work. They really need to learn some manners, I can only imagine how they treat staff members especially those who do not speak English well.
