The fish seem to seek out food in the order of how it’s dispensed, the oldest food on screen being the only thing they seek out until they either get it or it fades out at the bottom… This causes quite a nuisance when you have a lot of fish dropping coins and I’m tapping/tap-dragging to collect coins and dropping food in the process and even if food is placed right next to a hungry fish it will stay on its path to a different one. This is a perfect recreation of a nostalgic game I loved in the early 2000s. It’s nice to play it on a modern phone with touch capabilities. Main error I am experiencing is trying to share to a social media page to increase growth speed - the screen greys out and does nothing when I try to click one of those buttons. That monster will duplicate itself if you TAP ON IT. So when you shoot it, just tap above its head, the bullets will do their job. We'd be much appreciated if this solves the issue. There will be a new update in a couple of days. ### 2/5 — Knockoff insaniquarium *2024-04-07, version 1.1.0* This game is a cheap version of an old computer game from the 90s but the enemies are far more difficult so that you’re more likely to lose a level and spend more money. Monsters take way too long to eliminate and end up killing all your fish. Seems designed to require you to spend coins on certain levels. ### 3/5 — Good Start *2024-06-17, version 1.1.0* I just downloaded the game, so far it’s ok I like Aquarium games and though it’s not like traditional aquarium games it’s been pretty fun so far, I like that the game keeps you active in keeping the fish fe in each level making it so you have to pay attention. It’s pretty good though I’d be happier with out ads, I understand that now these days it’s hard to keep a free game a float with out some sort of revenue. All in all it’s a fun game and even though I’m only on level 4, I hope the game keeps being fun and interactive as I go along playing. ### 3/5 — Lost Potential *2024-02-26, version 1.0.3* This game could be improved massively with small changes, as it stands it is mediocre at best and frustrating at worst. Mushroom Ai, the Ai almost seems like it try to AVOID the coins and especially Diamond. Collecting manually is not much better as for every INDIVIDUAL COIN you must individually click each coin which is so tedious that it almost stops me from playing,even worse the solution is very obvious, simply implementing a drag to collect system . Or PLEASE FIX THE MUSHROOM, even him simply going right to left would be better. I will change my review once a fix is made ### 4/5 — Insane Aquarium Feels *2026-03-13, version 1.1.2* Highly recommend! I really want to give this 5 stars, because I have been playing this for several months now, even after beating adventure mode. There is a tiny glitch in Zen Mode where fish get stuck in one place indefinitely. If that is fixed, I will update my rating. I also wish there was an update to add more adventure and rush levels, because this game is fun and I’m sad that I don’t have anything left to unlock. ### 4/5 — Fix the issues PLEASE!! *2025-02-01, version 1.1.2* I was super excited for this because I LOVED the game it’s aspiring to be like, but a couple things need to be addressed or I won’t be playing it again - these issues GREATLY impact the playability and make for a frustrating experience. 1) Fish need to head for the piece of food closest to them instead of the first one you dropped. This causes lots of fish death, including carnivores when you buy fish for them. When you are constantly accidentally dropping food when grabbing coins (inevitably and often, basically nonstop) ALL of your fish swim to those pieces way on the opposite side of the tank or the bottom, taking up a bunch of time and meaning they often die before eating even when you have a ton of food dropped elsewhere for them. 2) Coin collection - the hit box for tapping the coin needs to be bigger and the coins need to more predictably drop straight down instead of bouncing around/going sideways, and they should drop much slower. It’s very difficult on mobile to tap directly on the coins, meaning more of the food dropping instead (see issue 1).
