The app kicks you out, you have to log back in and then navigate to the chat screen again, when you get to the chat screen it’s 50/50 whether it will load. ### 3/5 — Great Card, but……….. *2026-05-13, version 2026.19.1* I’ve had this card for a while and it’s a great card. APR is sky high and over limit fee is a bit much. If you have poor credit the fees alone will put you in more debt. Luckily I’ve paid mine off using a balance transfer card, but will look for a card with a much lower APR as I’ve spent more money on interest and fees which could have gone towards my balance. The list goes on and on. Avoid if you can. This is not user friendly at all. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2026-01-14, version 2025.50.1* Hope they go out of business ### 1/5 — Face ID suddenly stopped *2025-12-28* I’ve had face ID on the app for quite a while now, to the point where I’ve forgotten a passcode which I admit is my fault. However, the sudden stop is very annoying. On top of that, the passcode recovery requires another password and/or to know the details of your last transaction. I’ve used the second password even less, and the whole point of the app is to review spending so I don’t remember the last transaction on the card. I wasn’t given any other security questions and my account has now been blocked. I just have to wait for the phone lines to open the next day, unfortunately for me that’s a bank holiday so I don’t know if they will be leaving me cardless over Christmas. Customer service is unavailable on weekends so it’s actually even longer. **Developer response:** We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Apparently it’s a app problem with IPhones. ### 1/5 — App and website don’t work!!! *2025-11-19, version 2025.45.1* I’ve applied for a card and got it sent in the post but when I go to sign in after getting the card account number it says at the top of the screen “system currently unavailable, please try again” THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING for 2 weeks!!! ### 1/5 — Rubbish customer service *2025-11-05, version 2025.43.1* I tried contacting them regarding my card payments but response is robotic. No real person to talk to. I can’t log in to the app as keeps saying system error. How do you suppose I can make payment if I can’t log in to the app, can’t log in on the website and can’t pay thru phone? No email address even. ### 1/5 — High Interest Rates and Disappointing Experience with Aqua Credit *2025-11-05* I have a credit card with Aqua Credit, and I find their interest rate extremely high. What’s frustrating is that even after consistently making my payments on time often paying more than the minimum they still charge interest on the remaining balance. The interest can build up so quickly that, if you don’t clear your balance in full, it could eventually exceed the original credit limit offered. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Aqua Credit. There are better options available, such as Zable or Capital One, which tend to offer fairer rates and clearer terms. I genuinely regret taking credit with Aqua and would advise others to explore alternative lenders. **Developer response:** We're really sorry to hear you feel this way.
