I was charged. It shows on my credit card. The app will not acknowledge it. Seems to be a very common issue with this company. Are they hoping people won’t complain to get what they paid for? I don’t have any suggestions or answers but the app is more annoying than anything. I checked in the App Store, my bank, and my iCloud account and all showing I was charge and indeed subscribed. Now after waiting a week after submitting a ticket with devs. When I try to login I keep getting, “type ‘Null’ is not a subtype of type ‘num’ in type cast”… so I went to iPhone storage and offloaded app and reinstalled and reloaded and it’s still not working.
