I ordered a perfume from your company, but I never received my package. What’s worse is that I keep getting daily messages from the delivery company stating that the delivery failed because I was unavailable. However, I was never contacted—no calls or attempts were made to actually deliver the order. I also tried reaching your customer support, but there was no response. There is no option to connect with a live agent. Each time, I’m asked to provide my contact number for a callback, but I have not received any call so far.
