I have this running on a MBP M1. It just can’t manage any sort of frame rate to run a 4K video, and really needs to be improved. Hard to recommend at this stage

Just paid for this app as part of a bundle that cost me $12-99AUS.  According to the app store it should be compatible with my desktop Mac but it doesn’t work.  The so-called screensaver is just a plain black screen.  There are options at the bottom but you can’t click on any of them and there is no option for in-app purchases.  I want a refund but Apple tells me I’m somehow not eligible.
