I loaded the app. I wanted to reply to a post. I got a error message saying you don’t have permission to reply. This is after I registered.

This is nice to have, but I got the latest iPhone XR and I can’t upload any pics. I see the attachment options, but only after I submit a response when my keyboard disappears. I can respond, but can’t upload anything else.

This was very unhelpful. 
I was having troubles with my fish tank and didn't know what to do . I found this app and thought my problems would be gone, nope. 
First this app is confusing as hell I don't even know where to post my question because of the layout. It told me I had to be a higher level owner to post questions. 
Secondly, it made my phone glitchy, you would click this app and it would freeze your phone. Then you turn your phone off and your home screen is all screwed up as in you can't get back on the phone until you turn it off again. 

If you want "aquarium advice" Don't ever come to this app. 👎
