Would benefit from a couple updates like multiple logged feedings/ test parameters a day and more amphibious creatures in the database but so far im more than content.

I’ve been trying to find a good aquarium manager app but every time I try one out either they have a limited fish collection and no add your own or you have to purchase a subscription to be able to add fish which is extremely annoying. This app is free and has a community and Q&A as well. It’s amazing! There are so many nice people on there ready to give you friendly tips and compliments on your tank! I would recommend this to anyone who wants an app to help mange their tank as well as a friendly community ready to help!!

This is such an incredible app! I’ve been looking for an app to help me manage my aquarium, and this app is perfect!! 

I really hope the community feature keeps expanding too! I’d love to see different sections of the community, such as a saltwater section, freshwater, planted, etc.

I’ve tried lots of these aquarium managers and this is by far my favorite!  I just wish there was an option to see fish I used to have that either died or I got rid of. Right now the only option I’ve found is to delete them or move them to a fake tank that I created.

Only just downloaded it 30 mins ago but it’s brilliant. Super quick and easy to add test results, set up repeat reminders to feed / change water etc. Great little app, bravo 👏🏻

I like this app due to the community but some people keep commenting on my posts and others so much because they are experts. Some people like myself do not want “experts” coming at us as beginners and making arguments and claims. Some people do not respect others on here and keep jabbing us for our fish keeping practices. With each app that has people, the haters and rude people will always be there. For me I have experienced more than 4 annoying people each time I post it feels like coming at me telling me I don’t know what I’m doing in certain ways and I must follow their rules. The block function doesn’t work properly please get it fixed. I have 0 time to keep defending my ground. I like this app but people need to leave others and me alone when asked the first time.

### 1/5 — Was a good tracker until the recent update.

Working great, until most the recent update, lost all my data because I thought all my schedule tasks had disappeared, you can also, no longer schedule tasks to remind you.  I tried restoring from the last backup, but all my data from the last month disappeared.  Very upsetting, as now I don’t know where I was on my schedule for my tanks as there is no longer a list of the tasks that were assigned or scheduled.  Backups should have been automatically and frequently, my last available backup was from a month ago and no longer of any use for me. Paid for the ad free version as well. I guess I’ll have to keep looking again for a better aquarium tracker and keep manually tracking myself from now on.

I am deeply sorry for the issues caused by a critical bug in version 0.1.78 that incorrectly displayed the schedule view. I recognized the problem and have developed a hotfix, version 0.1.83, to address it. Unfortunately, my response was delayed, and I truly regret any inconvenience this has caused.

I have already rolled out this hotfix, which should correctly restore the display of your data. However, it seems that you have already attempted to reload from an earlier backup file, which might not reflect all recent data. I am sincerely sorry for this complication.

Given the circumstances, I understand if you would prefer a refund for the paid ad-free version. Please proceed with your refund through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6. This will ensure the process is handled promptly and correctly.

Would love to rate five stars but it appears to be lacking the ability for iCloud backup so if you run on an iPhone and iPad you will have to enter everything twice.

There’s a bug that if you backspace on a measurement input, then enter a new measurement it won’t save. You have to go back in and enter it again. Really annoying. The ads that it shows also are very predatory. They also try to trick you into false situations.

So far I feel like I am struggling a little bit with this app. I guess I don’t quite get the flow of it yet. I’m wondering if there is a tutorial? For example, if I want to see when I performed the last water change on my tank, how do I do that?

I really like this app. My only problem with it is that there is so few people on the app and most of them are from other country’s, not that there’s anything wrong with that it’s just most of there posts are in different languages.. I do like it how it lets you translate posts in other languages though.

Beats making a spreadsheet, unless that’s your other hobby.  Great logging app for your aquarium.  Let’s you track all sorts of parameters as well as set reminders for almost anything.   I enjoy the tank diary and Timelapse feature as well.

This app is great for a free solution to aquarium tracking. I’m new to the hobby and there’s alot to keep track of. This app lets you track things on a monthly calendar, water changes, fertilizer, water parameters etc. 
it would be nice if there was an option to see your entries chronologically in a scrolling feed versus having to click on each day throughout the calendar to see what you’ve done historically.

This is the perfect app to keep track of all of my fish, my livestock and my vertebrates. 
There’s some ads, but they’re not very often so I’m happy about it
I don’t mind watching ads if it’s not as often
You can also post pictures of your fish and look at pictures of other people’s fish
The app also helps me keep track of my water parameters

The only thing that I midly dislike is the learning curve it is a bit complicated for someone who just bought the app, but other than that this app is the best one I’ve been able to find

ETA: Wrote my review... two seconds later found the "diary" icon! Noooo! Okay. 5 stars, my bad! Its hard to see, but it's there! 

Original:

Just set all my tanks into the app today. (Dec 29, 25) Absolutely lovely settings and options available. Asks for dates and inhabitants, plus styles of equipment. Fresh or salt water. Lots to work with! 

For reference, I have 12 tanks going and have paper calendars in each room that has tanks, just to take notes on what was done and how. Been running most of them for over a year & have a few that are two years old. (Thankful I labeled my startup dates on the tanks themselves. Super cool to see the exact ages of the tanks on the app!)

Wanted to try something new and get rid of all my calendars everywhere. 

I love everything so far, except one thing:

There isn't a "notes" option in the calendar mode. 😭

Now, it really wouldn't matter with just a few tanks. Or with someone who isn't as obsessive as I am. I get that. 

But, for those of us who need the extra note space, adding such an option to the daily calendar side would be amazing. 

This app nails most all of it (far as I can tell with a freshwater in tank settings, no idea for marine, as I am not there yet. I can bet it's just as thorough there, though.)

Thats literally my only complaint thus far. I love to write notes on how or what I did to my tanks *very* specifically. (Needs at least a 250 character limit or so.)

I will continue to use this app for a month or two, see if there is something I am missing or need to learn. (Will come back and update if something new pops up.)

Overall, great app. Has most everything. Found the creator comment on reddit when I looked up good apps for keeping track. 

Was not disappointed.

This app has everything you’d need to organize and keep track of maintenance on multiple fish tanks! With customizable tasks for each tank, optional notifications, customizable data collection for water parameters, and a perfectly simple calendar to keep track of necessary tank needs! 

I’m new to owning a tank, and I started off big with a 50 gallon tank! This app made everything much simpler for me to understand, and way less daunting! Along with the other features I mentioned, you can also add and track breeds of fish in each tank! There is also an optional social section of the app where you can post information for your tank or see what other users are doing in their tanks too!

I love this app very much! My ONLY gripe with the app is I wish notifications had the badge on the iPhone Home Screen, and that notifications could be labled as “Time Sensitive” so they are displayed over other less important notifications on my phone. (As of December 2025 this is not an option)

Keep it up! I love this app very much!!
