I could have used a credit but had to login to another profile to buy shoes. App is totally glitchy and super frustrating. The biggest issue is the search. No matter what size you put in, it defaults to size 5 if that’s the smallest size available. If one is not careful to go back and correct the size, you’ll be ordering a shoe size that does not fit you. that is inconsistent with the way most apps work where you’re buying clothing or shoes. on top of that the cart always shows empty every time I logon even though I have put things in it and I have had orders canceled for no reason.
