## What is AquaticRunner?

Aquaticrunner con partenza da Grado alle 6:50, ed arrivo a Lignano Sabbiadoro (Nord Est dell’Italia), è una competizione di SwimRun, nuoti e corri tra mare e isole. 
19 transazioni tra nuoto/corsa, per un totale di 6.3 km di nuoto e 26,7 km di corsa. 

Competizione individuale con utilizzo del ”Pull-Buoy” e ”Swimming-Paddles”. 
La prima edizione fu disputata nel 2014, oggi è per la seconda volta IWC(Individual-World-Championship). 

Solamente 275 atleti potranno partecipare, di cui 90 verranno accettati per titolo, 55 selezionati per qualificazione e 130 saranno finisher 2018. 
Nel 2018 parteciparono 22 nazioni di quattro continenti, nel 2019 furono 19 le nazioni rappresentate con 275 atleti qualificati.
