## What is AR Ruler?

Measure everyday spaces and objects with your phone camera.

AR Ruler: Measure & 3D Tools brings camera measurements, 3D object visualization, and saved projects together in one app. Check furniture dimensions, estimate surface area, or measure a box before choosing where it should go.

MEASURE WITH YOUR CAMERA

Detect a surface, place measurement points, and view dimensions over your camera image. Measure length, distance, height, and angles for everyday planning.

EXPLORE AREA AND VOLUME

Use line, polyline, and rectangle tools to measure shapes and surfaces. Check length, width, and height, and estimate the volume of box-shaped objects.

VISUALIZE 3D OBJECTS

Explore a library of 3D objects and preview them in your surroundings. Adjust supported objects’ dimensions and rotation to explore size and placement.

KEEP YOUR MEASUREMENTS ORGANIZED

Save measurements as projects, organize them into folders, and find previous work with project search. Revisit recent measurements when you need them.

CHOOSE YOUR MEASUREMENT UNITS

Switch between available units to suit your task and view measurement results directly on the camera screen.

USE IT FOR EVERYDAY PLANNING
• Check furniture dimensions before rearranging a space.
• Estimate surface areas for home projects.
• Measure boxes and everyday objects.
• Explore how 3D objects could fit in your surroundings.
• Keep related measurements together in project folders.

GETTING STARTED

Allow camera access, move your phone slowly to detect a well-lit surface, then place points to begin measuring.

AR measurements are estimates. Results depend on your device, lighting, surface detection, and how you place measurement points. Verify dimensions with a physical measuring tool when precision matters.

AR features require a compatible device. Some tools and project features may require a paid upgrade.
