iPhoneでもiPadでもカメラを認識しないのか、読み取り画面がグレーになって読み取りが出来なくなりました。修正を希望します。

『英語もののなまえ絵じてん』を使ってみたのですが、操作が難しいです。アプリというよりも本の作りの問題ですが、本が開いたままになるように片手で押さえながら目標の絵を画面内に収めるのが大変。本はリング製本にして押さえなくても開いたままになるようにして欲しいですし、カメラで狙いやすいように絵のレイアウトを工夫して欲しい。面白いギミックですが現状では小学生が自分で使うのは無理がありそうです。

音が全く出ない。マナーモード解除しても全く出ない。スピーカーマークを押してもなにもならない。

現在、iOSのバージョンによっては音声が出ない不具合を確認しております。
音が出ない場合、下記の対応で改善が見られましたのでお試しください。

１：端末回線、WiFi、bluetoothを一旦切る（何らかの機器の影響を受けている可能性）
２：端末本体の再起動（OSの不調の可能性）
３：アプリ・コンテンツデータの再ダウンロード

また、AssistiveTouchを利用している場合、ホームボタンからデバイスを選択し、
右側のベルマークを斜線の入った状態（消音）に変更することで改善される可能性がございます。

お手数で大変恐れ入りますが、上記をお試しいただければと思います。
