## What is AR量房公平秤?

AR量房可以轻松简单的测量自己的房子的使用面积
 
以前，我不知道有多少人和我一样，付清房款、签下购房合同后，却始终对房屋真实的使用面积糊里糊涂。
 
这种现状在行业里持续了十几年，一直没有改变。我自己买过住宅，也购置过商业房产，都有同样的感受：购房者永远说不清自己实际使用面积究竟有多少，想要获知真实数据，只能委托专业测绘公司上门测量。
 
今天，依托苹果空间计算底层技术，我打造了这款AR量房公平秤。希望用技术打破信息壁垒，让大家能用全新的视角，直观看懂房屋使用面积的真实测量方式。
 
很多人会关心测量是否精准、精度有多高。我坦诚说明：依托苹果空间计算能力，本产品可达厘米级测量精度。
 
但在此郑重提醒：本工具无法出具官方测绘公章。如遇房产纠纷、维权举证，请务必选择具备正规资质、可出具盖章报告的专业测绘机构，本工具仅作日常面积参考使用。
