### 1/5 — Channels not working

*2026-07-22*

I paid the subscription for nothing. The channels doesn’t work. My internet connection is perfect. I don’t recommend this app

**Developer response:** Sorry, that is not what you paid for. Channels failing on a good connection usually means one stream source needs switching on our side, and that is a same-day fix. Email support@arabcast.tv or WhatsApp +1 469 209 5545 with your username and the channels affected. If we cannot get it working for you, I will refund the month. Imed, ArabCast

### 5/5 — Nice

*2026-04-15*

Very good, I learned Arabic from this. I increased my vocabulary and it is a very good app.

**Developer response:** Thank you. Helping families keep the language alive abroad is a big part of why ArabCast exists. If there are channels you would like added, email support@arabcast.tv and we will look. Imed, ArabCast

### 2/5 — Need Apple TV app

*2026-04-05*

It doesn’t work with the IPTV smarter PRO as described

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. IPTV Smarters Pro depends on entering the playlist link exactly as shown in your account, and support can walk you through it in a few minutes on WhatsApp +1 469 209 5545. Apple TV is the most requested addition we have, and I do not have a date to give you yet. Imed, ArabCast

### 1/5 — محتالين و سارقين احذروا😡🤬👎

*2026-03-30, version 2.4.0*

There's no need to pay the subscription because they'll steal your money. I paid for a month's subscription to get the TV, but they only took the money and didn't send me the passcode. They're thieves and scammers. Beware!
إنهم لصوص ومحتالون. احذروا!

### 2/5 — Black Screen

*2026-01-22, version 2.3.7*

Every time I change the orientation the screen goes black and have to close the app and open it again. So annoying!

### 1/5 — Fix full screen glitch please

*2025-11-04*

Full screen don’t work

### 1/5 — Apple TV app!

*2025-06-02, version 2.1.1*

A good app.. But where is the Apple TV app?

### 1/5 — Not working

*2025-04-21, version 2.1.1*

A lot of channels not working ssc all of them not working

### 5/5 — Good app, but a new issue

*2024-10-01*

Very good overall experience with the app, but the most recent update does not allow for casting properly. Anytime I press on a channel and try to cast it, the logo appears on the TV, but not the stream, which stays on my phone.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the detail. Several releases have shipped since 2.0.1 and the current version is 2.4.0. Please update, and if casting still shows the logo without the stream, email support@arabcast.tv with your TV model and I will get it fixed. Imed, ArabCast

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2024-09-25*

Very bad app loged me out after 1 months using and I can’t login anymore and there’s no reset password option

**Developer response:** Sorry about that. Password resets are handled by support and take minutes. Email support@arabcast.tv or WhatsApp +1 469 209 5545 with your username. Imed, ArabCast
