It works, but the delays make the experience frustrating. Have a nice day ### 2/5 — مزعج للغاية *2025-12-27, version 2.20.2* التطبيق في حالة تردٍّ منذ سنوات، والآن أصبح استخدامه مزعجًا جدًا جدًا. بطيء، مشكلات مستمرة في الدخول، قلب العربية منفذ بطريقة حجرية متخلفة حيث أنهم قلبوا كل الواجهة بشكل أفقي وأحيانًا ترى نوافذ معكوسة نتيجة لهذا (إذا حاولت إظهار البالون الذي يسمح لك بنسخ نص في أي حقل نصي مثلاً)، والمشكلة الأكثر إزعاجًا على الإطلاق هي منع النسخ واللصق،؛وهي عادة بائدة وعقيمة يعتقد بعض "الخبراء" أنها تزيد الأمان وهي في الحقيقة تنقصه؛ فكتابة رقم حساب يدويًا أكثر عرضة للخطأ بكثير من احتمالية اختراق جهازك ووضع برمجية خبيثة تزيف الحافظة على نظام التشغيل (وهو احتمال يقترب من الصفر على هواتف أپل)، ناهيك عن أحكام الخصوصية التي تتغير كل أسبوع وتعيق دخولك إلى التطبيق. استخدام التطبيق أصبح عذابًا لدرجة أني بت أفكر في فتح حساب ببنك آخر لأنعم بتجربة أفضل من هذا العقم. ### 3/5 — الرجاء جعل التطبيق يقبل ادخال الباسورد من محفظة باسوردات الآيفون *2025-12-06, version 2.20.2* آخر تحديثات جعلت التطبيق لا يقبل ال Autofill من محفظة الآيكلاود للباسورد. يعني مش معقول إني كل ما أجي ادخل للتطبيق لازم ادخل باسورد طوله ٢٣ حرف وأرقام ورموز. ثانيا ليش كل فتره يحكيلي تم تعطيل الface id ولازم ارجع ادخل الباسورد. الرجاء نقل هذه الملاحظات لفريق تطوير التطبيق وتصحيح هذه المشاكل. ### 3/5 — Arabi-Mobile *2025-08-28, version 2.17.3* Can’t upload the new version ### 2/5 — رديء للغاية وتجربة المستخدم قمامية *2025-08-11, version 2.18.2* التطبيق أصبح لا يطاق في السنة الأخيرة، الأداء بطيء جدًا جدًا، بدء التطبيق يأخذ قرون ضوئية وأحيانًا يعلق في دائرة لا نهائية من فتح وإغلاق نافذة الدخول حتى تقتل التطبيق وتعيده، كل بضعة أشهر يقرر التطبيق المتخلف أن يمنعك من الدخول نهائيًا حتى تغير كلمة السر، من دون أي تقدير لظروفك في تلك اللحظة! تخيل أن تحتاج فتح التطبيق في الشارع لتحول لشخص نقودًا بسرعة، ويستغرقك هذا الهراء عشر دقائق على الأقل، بحجة المحافظة على أمانك! والأسخم من هذا أن لكلمة السر قيود لازالت تشكل أكبر ألغاز البشرية؛ فكلمة السر لها حد محارف أقصى يقيدك من صنع كلمة آمنة جدًا، ولا يمكن أن تحوي المحرف - والذي يعتبر عادة محرفًا خاصًا مسموحًا! تخلف عجيب ويثير الغضب! وكل هذا كوم مقابل منع إلصاق أي شيء في أي حقل نصي وهو أكبر تخلف بشري على الإطلاق؛ فعدم أمان نقل رقم حساب مكون من عشرين خانة يفوق احتمالية وجود برمجية خبيثة على الآيفون لتعديل محتوى الحافظة (والذي أعتقد أنه الحجة لهذا الغباء)! أخيرًا قلب الواجهة للغة العربية منفذ بطريقة بلهاء للغاية، حيث ترى الأشياء مقلوبة حينما تضغط على أي حقل نصي. بصراحة هذا التطبيق أصبح مقرفًا لدرجة أني أفكر جدًا بفتح حساب ببنك آخر! ### 1/5 — App not working! *2025-06-18, version 2.18.1* Not able to open the App for 21 day now and locked out of my bank account… I don’t know what’s going on with Arab Bank lately. SHAME! I used to consider Arab Bank number one in Jordan but it’s going down hill!! I’m over seas right now, not able to call them and what’s app services keeps saying they’re busy.. I’m seriously considering another bank whenever going back to Jordan. ### 1/5 — Dysfunctional update *2025-06-17, version 2.18.0* Updating to the newest version makes the app non-functional! ### 1/5 — awful design, information update still not fixed so years after reporting the issue *2025-05-26* very poorly designed. 1. personal info update feature has been broken for many years and the issue is still unhandled forcing me to needlessly go to the bank in person (barbaric). Customer service closed the ticket reporting the issue without resolution just saying since it happens to everyone no need to leave the issue open, so basically no concern for quality whatsoever. 2. Rather than log you out of other devices on login it tells you to wait until your other session times out which is extremely lazy. 3. Constant spam. 4. Worst customer service in the country I am paying for premium level service but never get a response. complaints were filed both online through the app and in person.
