## What is Arabian Saluki Registration?

Arabian Saluki Registration is the official app for owners of Saluki dogs in the
United Arab Emirates. Register your animals, keep their records in one place, and
enter them into championship events — from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Register a Saluki with its name, date of birth, coat, colour and microchip
• Add photographs that stay attached to the animal's record
• Keep vaccination certificates, veterinary records and DNA reports together
• Open a Digital Passport for each Saluki, with a QR code officials can verify
• Enter championship events from your phone
• Follow each registration through review, and respond when the registry asks
  for more information
• Receive notifications about registrations, events and announcements

IN ENGLISH AND ARABIC

The whole app works in both languages, including right-to-left layout. Change
language at any time in Account settings.

YOUR ACCOUNT

Registration is free and the app takes no payments. Your records belong to you:
you can see everything held about you, and delete your account from inside the
app at any time under My Account.

Some documents are required before a Saluki can be entered into an event —
identity documents for the owner, and a photograph and vaccination record for
each animal. The app shows you exactly what is outstanding.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-18

Fixes an issue where the app could show Arabic text in the English interface
(and the reverse) after signing in.

Numbers now always appear in English digits when entering microchip numbers,
phone numbers and dates.

Clearer labels on the Saluki name fields, so it is obvious which is the
English name and which is the Arabic one.

Fixes uploading photos taken on newer iPhones (HEIC).

### 1.0 — 2026-09-17
