We recently released version 4.2.2, which includes fixes and improvements that may resolve the issue you described. If possible, please update the app and try again. Could you also let us know which iPhone model and iOS version you are using? This will help us investigate the tracing issue more accurately. 2. Some of the letters are incorrect. If I select “seen” it pulls up “Zay”. When I select “sad” it pulls up “seen”.
3. Under “seen” it misspells the turtle “solhefa” with a “kha” instead of of a “hah”.
I’m not sure if it’s just the app on my iPad, but I have tried reinstalling it without success in fixing these issues. I haven’t gone beyond these letters with my child yet to see if there are more issues.

Thank you very much for your message and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are really sorry for the confusion and frustration this may have caused, especially after purchasing the app, and I truly appreciate you pointing these issues out. Regarding the Modern Standard Arabic (Fusha) voice, at the moment, when Fusha is selected, we change the audio pronunciation, but the written transliteration is not changed. For example, the word 'جمل' still appear as 'gamal' in text, while the voice correctly pronounces it as 'jamal'. This explains why it can feel like nothing has changed, even though the audio has switched. You are absolutely right that this can be confusing, and the text should be updated to match the selected voice. This will be changed in the coming release. Is this text mismatch what you were expecting to see when switching to Fusha, or there was something else related to the Fusha voice that felt missing or incorrect to you ? Regarding the other issues you mentioned, : 1. Letter mismatch – You are correct that selecting 'Seen' currently pulls up 'Zay', and selecting 'Sad' pulls up 'Seen'. This is a bug. 2. Spelling error – The word 'solfeha' is misspelled using خ (kha) instead of the correct ح (hah). This is a mistake Reinstalling the app – These issues are not related to your iPad, and reinstalling the app would not resolve them, as they are part of the current app version. We take educational accuracy very seriously, especially for children, and all of these points will be addressed in an upcoming update. Your feedback has been extremely helpful in highlighting both technical issues and areas where we can improve clarity. Regarding your concern, you are absolutely right, and we hear you. We are currently preparing Modern Standard Arabic (Fusha) pronunciation option inside the app, and it is planned for an upcoming release at the end of this month. Our goal is to offer parents the option to choose the pronunciation style that best fits their child’s learning needs. Thank you again for taking the time to share this feedback.
