The only thing the app appears to be able to do is to take your money. ### 4/5 — Fantastic content…a bit glitchy *2021-09-10* This app is phenomenal. I have been searching for two years for an app my kids will engage with regularly, and this is it! The content is absolutely genius. Words are shown in context without needing translation and concepts are slowly built up. I really can’t say enough about how much we love it. Only four stars, though, because it is a bit glitchy. App freezes all the time making it practically unusable. It’s impossible to get in touch with there customer service, they don’t return chat messages or emails. Contacted customer service via chat and email but no response. **Developer response:** I am sorry to read your complaint. I have just seen this message and would like to help if I can. Please can you tell me what email you reported your issues to as neither info@arabeelearning.com or support.family@arabeelearning.com received any emails which haven't been dealt with. Perhaps this was when the google server went down as we lost a lot of emails. I can only apologise but this was beyond our control.. Please can you tell me more about the problem. To deal with it we need more information.
