The worst app I have ever used. Has so many system bugs and errors. You guys need to fix it.

I have ordered using this app in marasy albateen brunch. The staff don’t even use it . You reach there thinking you will get your order and it’s ready once you arrive but surprisingly no. I even been waiting over 10 minutes. I left the order because I didn’t want to be late from work.
