But there is an oversight in it that is making this one painful to use. When I tap on temperature from the main page the screen goes to temp and updates it - this works fine. Bit then when I switch to humidity there is a big gap of data. Please bring back the manual update in the individual items so I don’t have to go back to the home page, click update, then go back to the data I want to see. ### 3/5 — App needs to respond to device dark mode *2026-07-20, version 3.9.3* Crazy that it blinds you if you check it at night. Devs need to stop spending time on adverts and fix this. They do not require a profile to use the device or the app. They don’t even require WiFi. They designed the device to be self-sufficient for as long as possible without being recharged or having its battery changed. You can choose to use the convenience of the app to view your measurement history, and even then information from the device is shared exclusively with your phone via Bluetooth. It was quick and easy to get information from the sensors. The new update ruined all that. Some of the data, such as temperature or humidity is so small that I can’t read it. There doesn’t seem to be any way to zoom in. Even when you open just that feature, it’s really difficult to read. The previous app layout wasn’t like that. I shouldn’t have to use a magnifying glass to read data on my phone. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2026-06-23, version 3.9.3* Average app and average device hardly measures sometimes freezes brand new batteries nothing happens poor unit ### 1/5 — Privacy Label is a Lie *2026-05-30, version 3.9.3* The Privacy Label says “No Data Collected” but when the app launches, it makes network calls to Microsoft’s app center and other backends. No data collected should mean no data, period. No network calls, no data, nothing. It doesn’t matter what the purpose of it is. A network request has a lot of data (which complicit actors call “metadata” to make it sound less critical), which is then collected, stored, collated and fed back into the Microsoft and other advertising networks. If they’re willing to lie about the Privacy Label, they’re probably also reporting nonsense values from their sensors. The ppm, temperature, and humidity values are all tiny now and don’t even match the other font sizes and text on the rest of the page. Your images in the App Store show the old font on the details page. Did the localization mess up the font size? Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Great device, terrible app *2023-09-02, version 3.4.2* Constantly fails to load data over Bluetooth for no reason, making you go in and out of the data graphing mini app. Happens even if you are standing next to the device. Expect more from an app paired with such a high end and expensive device.
