商品券の購入はコンビニで、24時間いつでも手続きできます。購入した商品券は、プレミアム分を加算した金額にてアプリ内にチャージされます。

利用もアプリで！商品券を選び、店頭のQRコードを読み込み、支払金額を入力することで利用いただけます。

### 2/5 — 高齢者にこれは厳しい

•使う前に一度アプリを終了させておく事を推奨。アプリ立ち上げ→sms認証→番号入力→カメラ立ち上げ→QRコード読み込み　の流れ。
何故かと言うと、カメラでQRコード読んでる時に突然セッションアウトしてしまい、再度SMS認証からせねばならず、その間のレジの後ろに並んでる人からのプレッシャーたるや半端ない。
•カメラの認識能力が弱すぎ。ピントが全く合わない。なのでカメラでQRコード読み取れることは少ない。店舗番号入力ありきと思ってレジに並んでおいた方がいい。カメラがなかなか読まない際の、レジの後ろの列からのプレスたるやこれまた胃に穴が開きそうなほど。。
•店頭のQRコードの店舗番号のサイズが小さすぎて、老眼鏡をしていない高齢者はまず見えない。
•上記の事象が連続して起きるので、高齢者は崩壊。どうする事もできなくなり、レジの列がさらに伸びていく。

消耗品のガソリンを買うために購入したが、スタンドによっては満タン可能な所と、数量を指定して入れるところがある。指定数量を間違えたらお終い。
地元券やら全店券など複雑にしている所も使いにくい。
前回、システムの不具合で支払いができなかった時があった。
以上の点から星を減らしましたが、今後の期待で星3！

疑問があるのですが… このアプリの対応言語が「英語」だけなのは何故ですか？他のアプリは、「日本語」「日本語と英語」「日本語と他○カ国語」となっているのに。日本語対応していないなら、日本で使うのには不向きな気がします。 SMSが届かないのも、対応言語が「英語」のみだから？ アプリ側のバーコードが表示されず、お店にあるバーコードを読み取って〜というのは使い難いです。コンビニレジのようにスマホに表示したバーコードを店のレジでスキャンした方が早い。
ショッピングモールのセルフレジで使えなくて、結局別の電子マネーで決済した。有人レジでしか使えないなら、何の為に電子化したの？

買える場所が減ってる。

物価は上がってるのに高齢者を支える姿勢を感じない。まず、スマホを使えずに買えない。
