Things are fine on my phone, but on my tablet everything is supersized with layers of text on top of each other. It used to work fine on both phone and tablet. The gym from their side don’t see anything, and can’t help. Such low quality, and waste of time. ### 2/5 — Just ok *2016-09-03* My box recently started using this app and I downloaded it to my iPhone 6s. I love the IDEA of this app but there seem to be a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. For now it works to get me registered for my classes but otherwise it seems pretty useless. ### 1/5 — Good concept but the execution is lacking *2016-04-04* I like the concept but I am afraid that the application itself is just not very good. Way too many bugs (right now I can't login since I used the app with a different box before, constantly getting no internet connection error). Any app that has a 10-minute tutorial on how to register on YouTube screams “not user friendly”. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the experience. The issue described in this review pertains to an older version of the app. Since then, Arbox has undergone significant improvements, with major enhancements to stability, performance, and the overall booking experience. Since I don’t have an assistant I am always looking for ways in which I can make my schedule more accessible and easier. Arbox gives me everything I need and places it right in front of me. Whenever I would have questions with the technology, my representative (Shavit Rootman) was simply a phone call away. A very useful feature is calendar support both to insert registrations AND erase cancellations! Issues that might need attention: (1) Lacks list of past and upcoming classes to keep track what you have been charged for and in case you are inadvertently registered to two classes on same day (assuming the green dots work) (2) Lacks day of the week (3) Lacks name of instructor on the screen of dubious significance "you'll be working out with..." (4) Only four names and photos of participants in each class appear followed by the number of the rest of the registrants where there would be space for the other one or two (5) The welcome screen is useless "13 training attended, 0 results added". Besides... incorrect, in content as well as English.
