There is only 1 Edmonton location loaded on the app, and I know for sure there is more than just one location in Edmonton Alberta. The app is horribly stupid and hard to browse, take a page out of the McDonald’s app book and update this horrible app.

Local Arby’s that is about 2 minutes from my house is not listed.  Infact, the closest “Arby’s” that the App recognizes is about an hour away.  Why even bother with this App?

Used the app for the first time, realized a month later it charged my Mastercard as a cash advance from Western Union in San Francisco with no reference to Arby’s.  $7.50 fee plus interest on top of the meal price.

Your online services people are inept for structuring online / app transactions this way, last purchase I will be making from this incompetent scam of an app.

First time I used app after creating an account, it wouldn’t let me pay for order despite trying both the “approved” methods of Mastercard or Visa, kept saying invalid payment. I gave up and tried again the next day & now I can’t even get my menu item added to cart/bag as it gives “token” errors. Frig sake, guess I’ll stick to ordering in-person!

It's nice that they finally have an app, and at least for my local restaurant it worked quite well and they had the food ready exactly when they should have. Except...

This thing CHARGES YOU MORE for removing ingredients. I thought it was making it cheaper and it charged me $2 extra... emailed support and they haven't got back to me. 

They also don't tell you how to redeem the points.

this app needs too be fixed try to load offers it crashes I don’t even feel safe making an online order I collected 113 points so far but now I feel like that’s useless cause idk what to do with em and they probably fired the support team cause I can’t even make contact 🫥
