I adore the staff at my local Arby’s. I just wish the deals worked. NONE of the deals will load and I get a message to contact customer service. Unfortunately, they only have cut-and-paste customer service. It took a week to get a response and all they did was ask for the information I already sent. So, no help there. I found a toll free number but only get voicemail. So, no help there. Basically, you can order ahead but that’s it. ### 3/5 — No option to add missing points *2026-09-05, version 2026.16.13* First, please add turkey gyros back to the actual menu. I cannot order online because I have to ask for the substitution. Then, when I follow your exact instructions, “go to rewards, select history, AND TAP MISSING POINTS”-there is NO TAP MISSING POINTS. I mean, it loads, and seems to work fine but the location sensor doesn't work so I can't use it for deals. And I can manually type in my city and zip code but none of it works either so the managers have to (gratefully) manually enter in the register whatever deal it was offering. Why does it even require a location? It NEVER applies the rewards that you want to use when ordering, never allowing you to complete the order when trying to checkout. It kicked me out and every time I try and log in it says my phone number is invalid. Click changed phone number verify by email then re add the phone number get a code and then it throws an error code. It’s done this for months now to no avail. I don’t remember why, but I’m beginning to… I got an email from Arby’s and it looked intriguing. I decided to restore the app. I don’t remember my password. And the idiot app won’t let me change it without “the 6-digit code” that it evidently has a problem sending to the same email address I got the original email at. Frustrating! It used to just be annoying, because you had to re-enter your credit card information every time, and couldn’t even place an order for drive-through. I deleted it for a while, but tried it again for the new happy hour deals. Now it won’t even let me login or sign up for a new account. I just get redirected to a webpage and get some sort of “application error”. The tea very watery, not a good taste at ALL, I tossed it! No more meals for me, I’ll stick to sandwich ONLY!!
