I have sent emails to the email listed for “extra help” and have not gotten any responses. Maybe the issue is happening with other players and they will fix it soon. I paid money for this app and can’t even use it to it full potential. When the premium version advertised it, I immediately bought it. The way the yo is structured is nice, and I’ve made a couple trades on here with really cool people. However, some the buttons are buggy and non responsive so I have to close the app and reopen it. And the filters for locations on the map could be organized better. This app is a nice companion to have though if you’re a fan of arc raiders. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bad update *2026-07-22, version 2.1.1* I just went to log into the app after the last expedition. The Xbox sync feature was gone and I don’t have a PC to download the stupid run program to sync. I paid for the premium membership when the app first came out now it’s a waste of money because now it’s useless for syncing my Xbox to the app. ### 1/5 — Console syncing *2026-07-21, version 2.1.1* I paid for a premium subscription and then the sync for consoles ended. It said it was temporary at first but now there is no mention of when or if console syncing will be back. If the developer could respond to emails it would be appreciated. ### 1/5 — Sync issues *2026-06-08, version 2.1.0* I’ve only ever successfully been able to sync this to my Embark ID once AFTER I paid for the premium. I’ve tried changing my steam password 5 times but still fail to authenticate.
