## What is ARC Team?

ARC Team brings your work schedule, time clock, and team communication together on your iPhone.

FOR YOUR WORKDAY
• See upcoming shifts and shift details.
• Clock in and out, record breaks, and review your hours.
• Request time off and update your availability.
• Offer or swap shifts, subject to your workplace’s rules and approvals.
• Keep up with team messages, shared photos, and announcements.
• Connect your published shifts to Apple Calendar or Google Calendar.

FOR MANAGERS
With the appropriate permissions, manage schedules, review requests and time records, keep staff information up to date, and publish announcements from your phone. Access follows your role and assigned locations.

BUILT AROUND YOUR WORKPLACE
Receive notifications about schedules, requests, and team activity. If your employer requires an on-site check, ARC Team checks your location when you clock in; it does not track your location in the background.

ARC Team is free to download and requires an existing ARC account with access to a business using ARC Team. Employees receive an invitation from their employer. Features and permissions depend on the business’s settings.

Available in English and Spanish. Support: support@automationroomcontrol.io
