I can no longer log into the app at all. Have tried deleting and getting the app again it does not work any longer for some reason. It’s great app and I have all my machines details entered into the app. Hope we get more cabinets here in Australia I have bought most that have been released here. They are great well made for home use. Very thankful for Arcade1up overall. Any suggestions on fixing my app problems? Our favorite is the NBA Jams arcade, but a close second is the Mortal Kombat arcade. We are thinking about more, and we’d never think to purchase from anyone else. Gas pedal on ridge racer was replaced 3 times, terminator gun stopped working, button on mortal kombat stopped working and i had to send the hard drive for buck hunter back for a reflash. Took abt 3hrs total to assemble. Awesome cabinet Awesome display.You can connect it to your WiFi for updates & leaderboards which I haven’t figured out what leaderboards are but kool.I really like the light up marquee,sweeeet. As a collector and always buying new cabinets that have multiple games on it I want to be able to see all my games on the app. Unfortunately you can’t do that with the app. Arcade1Up needs to add the ability to add partycades and pub tables to your games. Firstly, it just kept randomly logging me out for no apparent reason. It would only keep me logged for minute or so before it would log me out. Logging back in was hit & miss too; sometimes I could log back in AOK, but other times it would just stay stuck on the login screen. When trying to add my cabinets, the “adding cabinet” spinning wheel would sometimes get stuck indefinitely. I should have done a YouTube assembly video because I probably could have paid for the machine with the proceeds. Pro tip for anyone who has not assembled their machine yet.
