But I won a prize on Jan26 and it’s currently Mar17 and there is no tracking update! It still says we are preparing your order international shipping may take up to 60 days. But STILL no progress I won a Simple Dimple. I think my order got lost but I’m not quite sure. If you guys need me to send you more details with the in game support I have no problem doing that. When you just get coins at the beginning and then you have to pay? What kind of app is this? There’s a bunch of other clomiphene apps that you pay to do and then you just get them all of the things for free and you play I really get frustrated about when you can’t update it when it says please update and you can’t do anything else about it. I would like you guys to update that too and maybe do cooler prizes and add some more maybe like some really good school supplies maybe like a Hoverboard ha ha ha. Also I’m having hard times right now because I got kicked out of my house and had to rent this rundown house and my rent is way more expensive. So I don’t really have money to buy Christmas presents for my loved ones. So I really wanted to get some free stuff so I don’t go broke for real. I do appreciate the prizes we received but claws needs a refresh since I been experiencing slide off every time from hard to ultra and there’s no other coupon machines to play except to win coins but there’s issues in those machines and i have tried few times to reboot my router as well but still getting issues **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your feedback. I’m not a huge fan of the new update. The multi play things just waste your money and they should make much less of the multi play ones. And maybe make their own section for them? Love the game tho! Oh yeah and free shipping with your first purchase! ### 3/5 — Could be better? *2022-05-09, version 1.70* After a couple days it stoped giving the daily rewards, and the claw machines don’t grip around the claw all the way. So you rarely get a prize. And you have to wait a few weeks to get your prize to ship, then it takes another 2 weeks to have it at your house. I would like it more if it give you daily prizes not for only your first week. And if you get the prize quicker. So I’d like there to be an update. ### 4/5 — Awesome Claw Machine *2022-03-11, version 1.61* Very good app. Some prizes are quite pricey and difficult to win, but overall, it’s pretty good for a claw machine. Coins aren’t as expensive as you’d expect and there are a good chunk of prizes that are easier. Feeling lucky? Go ahead for the big wins. Less lucky? I have never had the game freeze on me. With that said I have won many prizes. 1 prize arrived. It’s ridiculous. Listed as a seal pillow and it’s the size of my fist. Feel a little ripped off but I did get it. Lol. The 4 stars is due to the misleading on the product. It sometimes happens to this app too but if you report the customer service responds immediately to your email. I actually want to get more tokens but the problem is the shipping.. I tried out others such as Clawee but none of them were that great. Then I downloaded this, it met my expectations. However, as I continued playing I noticed some things. First, the daily reward. I joined seven days in a row and opened my chest. I loved this game because of the strong claws and the daily reward. But I continued trying to get more yet it seemed like it just ended after playing for seven days. I would really like it to continue because I don’t want to spend a lot of money to keep buying coins. Next is the rewards, like all of the claw machine apps this one needs a high level to get better prizes. I don’t know if it’s just me but I leveled up and I still couldn’t get better prizes, only the ones for “newbies.” I don’t know what’s up but I would love to know about that and for you to continue the daily rewards, thank you. **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your feedback. Then you have access to more machines and shipping is free. Drop rate can be high do to claw seemingly to be too loose on grip, inexperience, or you can only grab it a certain way and you must be dead on. There isn’t any bonus free coins for playing everyday. Hope this changes. Prizes are nice and hope variety increases. It is fun to play so give it a try. ### 4/5 — Great Game with Some Flaws *2021-10-27, version 1.46* This claw machine game is actually legit and I’ve received all four prizes I’ve won. Shipping did take a while and I wish they would add the dimensions and sizes of all the prizes so you really know what you’re getting, a lot of the prizes are smaller than you would think. I really liked that if you logged in everyday for a week you got to open a bonus chest and get coins but that should be something that you can get everyday you log in because after that week was over the only way I can get coins now is by paying for them which not everyone wants to do. I also wish the VIP games weren’t as difficult to win compared to the regular games we first got. I took the package out of my mailbox and was confused why everything was covered in ants only to open the package with my prize to see hundreds of ant eggs!! I would have rather been any other user of this app saying they never received the prize than to be me right now. I wish I could attach a photo but i didn’t want to have the ants crawling all over the place anymore i had to throw the package away. If i could give this app 0 stars I would. ### 1/5 — Deceptive app *2022-07-11, version 1.76* I downloaded the app after seeing a Facebook video, tried it out and won my 1st item. What they don’t tell you is that to get the item won you have to be VIP and pay $8. If I wanted to pay to play a claw machine I would’ve went to my local arcade or Dave and busters. The app is trying to cheat me out of my winning, false advertising and fake. The claw machines work when they want too, you have to turn on the side view to even see the claw move. Good luck getting your prizes without paying $7.99 clawee is better and it offers free shipping without being VIP!! ### 1/5 — Too many weird things *2022-06-27, version 1.75* The game keeps bugging you for a review. After every round. Until you give a review. That is really annoying. Additionally the game has too many multi win prizes and the cost of each play is too high. If it were comparable to a real arcade as far as cost and reward. That would be one thing. But the thing just feels like a ripoff. Crappy trinkets that you can only win after spending about a minimum of 10 dollars if you are 100 percent efficient. The shape of the prizes and the claws are also kind of lame. There are better claw apps out there if you look. Higher quality prizes. Games. And better cost to play options. ### 1/5 — Poor Quality *2022-06-21, version 1.74* This app is simply sad. The games are impossible and the items in the machine nearly never fit the claw. I had no way to determine whether or not I had a recurring subscription and wouldn’t have spent the money to play had I realized the first game was just rigged to pull you in. Bite it ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-05-16, version 1.70* If you only want a week's worth of daily rewards for buying VIP and no items being delivered after winning, then I guess it’s the game for you. Why is there only a week's worth of bonuses for purchasing vip? That makes no sense. There should be bonuses each day for however long the VIP lasts. It’s so upsetting and scummy in my opinion. And yes you can still make a profit if you give daily bonuses to VIP’s so that’s not really an excuse. Not to mention, 90% of the items are those rectangles, clearly made with extremely slippery material, and a claw that has zero grip/strength to it. All of the box items are a scam. You cannot grip any of them. Best bet is to save up and keep tapping one of the “Easy Mode” prizes until you see those crochet toys, then go for the penguins. Winning isn’t even a good thing considering they don’t even send the prizes. I’ve been waiting over 2 months for my items and they’re left on “Order Ready,” yet the items I won from other claw machine apps delivered within a few weeks to a month at most (items coming from China). First off, after you spend many coins to play a game and you finally win, you have to pay even more coins to actually claim the prize. I spent a lot of coins on a prize and won. But when i got to the claiming page it had asked me for more coins to ship it. I already got the VIP ( with free delivery ) and never received the prize. Also the time it takes to load a game is buggy and doesn’t work often. Also, you have to buy VIP before anything can ship, it’s $9.99. This game experience was horrible and i do not recommend playing this game unless you want all your money stolen. ### 1/5 — Pay to play *2022-04-15, version 1.66* There is no was to earn coins… no ads, etc, after you’ve deposited money to get VIP. This game is only for players who can afford to deposit money to play. For those players the game is great. Contacted customer service about this issue. They wanted detailed receipts, which I provided. We went back & forth for a bit, then they tell me their system shows I DID receive the coins, I must have played more than I realized, and they’re sorry I’m upset, but there’s nothing they can do about it! I know what I saw! Each time it would say my purchase went through, but then no coins were added. I’ve taken it up with PayPal, hopefully they’ll come through for me. I’m really disgusted & angry. I’m surprised there are any good reviews for this dishonest app! ### 1/5 — False Advertisement - Fraud *2021-12-27, version 1.54* I won a Tamagotchi in the game and just received a generic, cheap knockoff in the mail. It is false advertisement and complete fraud. This app needs to be shutdown if they are not going to send the product you actually win. It is also almost impossible to win once purchasing a membership because the items to pickup in the claw machine change to rectangle blocks; however, I finally won the Tamagotchi, yet was sent a knockoff. I wish I could upload a picture of how cheap this knockoff is. ### 1/5 — Feel ripped off *2021-10-26, version 1.46* Ive played several claw machine type games. This is the first one to negatively effect your gameplay once you go vip. Before vip the claw machine was different smaller animal shaped stuffies to pick up to get your prize, I won three prizes. I saw that I could either pay for shipping separately or get vip for free shipping and more tokens to play. So I went vip. Afterwards all claw machines changed to ones with extra large oblong, clearly heavy and beat up stuffed things to pick up. There's only like six different machines too and it just picks one for you to play it's not based on the prize you're trying to get. Decided to pay $20 to play some more and win a couple more things. I saw a review beforehand saying the vip games have oblong-shaped prizes that are impossible to grab but I brushed it off thinking the reviewer must have been going for more expensive prizes because what I previously played had normal ones. But no. The machines they give you before you become a VIP player have normal-shaped prizes. The second you pay for the app, all the machines—even the exact same prizes you were playing for before paying—are switched to only have these super oblong plushies representing the prize of the game. Every. Single. One. I thought maybe I could still get one cause I fancy myself decent at these and if I waited for machines to free up maybe I could find one with a prize in a perfect position and get it but no, $20 down the drain with absolutely nothing to show for it. I doubt anyone who’s put money into this app has put it in a second time. Don’t try to think to yourself you’re good enough to still be able to win. It’s literally just nearly physically impossible to grab the prizes. Completely scummy business model that will result in 0 return customers.
