It is fun to play and very learnable once you get used to the mechanics. Touch detection sometimes does not happen and sometimes, note touches are not detected. Unlocking stories in story mode is difficult. I don't want to log into Arcaea network to access my save data and scores. It was my first rhythm game I ever played, and I had started with the Switch version, not realizing that the story was continued on the mobile version. I got the Switch version because I thought it was better cost-wise (which I was right), but I’m absolutely OBSESSED with the story. As soon as I finally got my hands on the mobile version, I immediately bought all I needed to go through the story, and started the grind. It was worth it, and I can’t wait until the next chapter, and until then, I will continue to support lowiro. Also excited for In Falsus when they release that this year! Played the demo, and it’s really good, and what I saw of the story presented in the demo does not disappoint. Hope it stays that way! Lowiro has nailed that feeling of playing an arcade rhythm game in a way that feels special. Arcaea, and their as of now yet to be released rhythm game In Falsus take the devices you already have, and tailor an experience that feels like those devices were made just for that game, and it’s all the better for it. I remember downloading this game one year ago, and despite how difficult it can be, I absolutely love how unique the gameplay is. It gives the game its own distinct charm and makes it incredibly fun to play.
