## What is ArcardsXYZ?

Arcards XYZ is a set of flashcards designed to help young children learn the alphabet. By downloading the Augmented Reality App Arcards XYZ to your tablet or phone, you can make the cards come to life. The app will help your child learn pronunciation of the letters along with teaching them fun facts about the images associated with the letters. 
After aiming the device camera at the card, an image will appear on the screen and is ready for interaction with the user. By touching the photo on the screen, a video about the image will play while also giving various fun facts about the image. By touching the letter on the screen an audio clip pronouncing the letter will play. Your child will be entertained while learning the alphabet and associating the letters with common words that begin with that letter. The backside of each flashcard has four images of objects starting with the letter on the card. Parents can use these images to help the child learn about other things that start with that letter of the alphabet. The cards can be used with or without the free app.
