Never did get the screen showing the load offer as pictured. I sent all this information to dispatch to forward to IT. If app does work someone should contact us having trouble and see if it’s training or what. ### 1/5 — Sudden Glitch *2017-08-20* The newest problem is I can't change my status with the app. When I attempt to, it always gives me a message "Changed Successfully", but then under board position, it still has my status as "Available". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn't fix it. It's not a problem as long as I'm near the truck so I can do it from the Qualcomm, but if I'm away from the truck, I'm going to have to call in to change my status. ### 1/5 — Can't log in !! I deleted the app and re-downloaded it to see if that would work. Not even a little bit. How does Panther expect us to use the app to upload paperwork when there isn’t even a document category for fuel receipts? Then when you try to crop an image you better have about 15 minutes per page because it is that bad. I will continue using the TRANSFLO app instead of the Panther app. I can get the paperwork submitted in a lot less time and with a lot less headache. ### 1/5 — Bad version *2020-01-16, version 4.57* The app keeps crashing when I’m trying to get into it, then it takes forever to sign in and when you do the info is not up to date.
