The quality is horrible. They keep disconnecting no matter how close or how far you are from your Wi-Fi. Seems to always be disconnecting and then when you try to watch the live feed, it won’t allow you to and the lag between motion detection and video alert more than 30 seconds. Also the playback time only gives you roughly 30 seconds. ### 1/5 — Erkennt keine Tiere! *2026-03-01* Obwohl der Kundenservice sehr schnell und auch sehr freundlich ist konnte mir niemand helfen. Meine Katze wurde nicht ein einziges Mal erfasst! Die App ist sehr fehlerhaft! Manchmal muss man einen Befehl mehrmals eingeben und dann wird er trotzdem nicht gespeichert. Zusätzlich wird man ewig aufgeforderten ein Abo abzuschließen! Hatte bereits mehrere verschiedene Überwachungskameras von unterschiedlichen Anbietern aber diese App ist mit abstand die schlechteste. Ich werde die Kameras wieder abbauen und welche von einer anderen Firma kaufen. Die Kameras an sich wären Top aber nicht mit dieser Software. Keine Verbindungsprobleme! Wir hatten vorher Kameras von Blink, da hat mich das Abo genervt und auch das ich mit den Kameras wenig flexibel bin. Alarme, Aufnahmen, Ton etc. funktioniert gut. Eines vermisse ich allerdings.
