I used to enjoy these very much. However nowadays every time I turn around I’m being directed to relaunch the apps if I’m enjoying using them. This isn’t right. I set the hours/frequency and feel this should remain until I wish to change ….I’ve tried contacting customer service a few times and have never received a reply about this issue. I highly suspect that the intrusion on their part is a marketing ploy because every time I’m forced to relaunch app they try getting me to purchase another. If the app is not launched on a somewhat regular basis, the messages will eventually stop being delivered… until the app is launched again. It is part of the architecture of these particular apps.
