## What is Archery Tracker?

Wouldn’t it be cool if your watch could automatically count the arrows you shoot during archery training? Why pay for expensive motion capture systems while the Apple Watch is already packed with sensors that are capable of analyzing your shots?

Archery Tracker is designed for recurve archers to help them keep track of their trainings, it is the ultimate tool to analyze your shots and improve your release.

It relies on the accelerometer sensor on your Apple Watch to detect a shot, all you have to do is to wear the watch on your bow hand and start your training like normal, the watch gives you a feedback each time an arrow is shot, you can also mark shots that felt good as reference point. after you’re done, it syncs the data using HealthKit with your iPhone, so you can always track your previous workouts.

I wanted to try this app for fun, but when I set it up on my watch I noticed that the watch is told to be worn on the incorrect wrist. I’m left-handed, so I wear my Apple watch on my RIGHT hand, like I’m supposed to. The app says I need to wear the watch on my release hand, which is my LEFT hand. You see what I mean? If the app developers could take this into account, it would really improve the experience for others and I as well. Thanks! :)

I had to format my watch and now I can’t get this back on with the license. 

The history graph never worked, it keeps crashing. 

Don’t waste your time with this app.

Hallo, leider hat die App bei mir nicht funktioniert. Auch enges Anziehen des Uhrbands und maximale Empfindlichkeit haben nichts verbessert. Von 60 Pfeilen wurde nur 1 erkannt.

As stated, irregular shots don’t get recorded. Sometimes shots that feel good don’t get recorded either. That’s the information I could use. Otherwise, for the price, it’s pretty neat.

The app is good, but at the moment the developer is aware of the fact that even when you pay for the premium account £9.99, the app will not work and you can only record 10 shots. They are aware of the issue but still charge you and take your money. I’ll increase my rating once the issue has resolved and I get what I paid for.
