That is my advice. Third time buying gypsy tour app and will keep doing to every where I go in case they have available. My wish is that they keep doing it all over the world. You get a personal guide that will give you detailed information of the area and telling you the must stops and extra stuff that would be worth seeing and you can make a decision if you want to stop or not. About 9.5 hrs and we got everything in except the 2 mi or longer hikes. Bob (we called him Bob because he never gave his name) was a great guide! ### 5/5 — Moab on steroids! *2020-07-30, version 3.0.1* This is an absolute MUST for exploring arches and Canyonlands National Park! We learned so many things that we would have missed otherwise. HIGHLY recommend! I’ve used it in Bryce, Zion, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Rocky Mtn, Arches, and Yosemite National Parks. The narrator is fabulous! He alerts you along the way with must-do stops and prioritizes others. In between, he gives short anecdotes about the geology or history of the area. His voice is energetic without being childish and the stories he tells are interesting. There is so much you will miss without these tour guides. We had to try a competitor for Capital Reef national park and the difference was remarkable. These tours are by far the best. We had a ball watching for the place and working our way through as we learned a lot of backstory. I highly recommend this app. We knew where to go and what to do and not do because of our age and physical condition. Fun facts and names from the local history. 5 Stars. This audio guide was keyed to specific locations within the park and triggered automatically when each location was reached. Information provided covered a range of topics - geographical, historical, the flora and fauna, safety tips, trivia, driving instructions etc. The audio was clear and easy to understand. We ended up seeing far more of the parks than we would have without the guide and I feel that we have a far better understanding of the park, it’s setting and inhabitants. What not to miss and what is not as popular to see if you’re short on time. Definitely learned a lot of things we would’ve never known or knew to ask. I didn’t learn anything really and found the narrator to be a bore. ### 3/5 — Not worth the $$$ *2019-09-25, version 3.0.1* I have purchased a few of these so was disappointed with the quality of this tour, it was boring compared to other tours. ### 3/5 — Great for Arches, less so for Canyonlands *2016-08-17* This app - with its informative commentary and easy navigation - is a great companion to Arches National Park. Unfortunately, it didn't work for us at all in Canyonlands. We decided to visit The Needles part of the park (there are distinct areas of the park with separate entrances) and the app does not cover this part at all. So a bit of a waste of money for Canyonlands - but recommended for Arches. ### 5/5 — A must have! *2021-05-10* I used the Yellowstone and Glacier tours a couple years ago, so I didn’t hesitate to purchase Arches and Canyonlands for our spring break visit. I was not disappointed. You should not tour a National Park without this app! The narrator is fantastic and I learn things about the park that I would have never known without the app. There are hints of what to see and what to skip if you are short on time. It was lovely to have a guide so that I could relax and enjoy the scenery and not worry that I was missing the most important views. We’re now hooked and have used Yellowstone and this one. It’s like having a tour guide in your car. Not overly verbose or chatty and with a mix of history, stories, and mythology of the area.
