Nothing works right. Can’t check in, can’t use calendar properly all days are screwed up, can’t even send a suppport feedback with in the app. I showed it to staff at favehotel in Kuta Kartika plaza after being frustrated with the app to get them to manually check me in. I use a iPhone XS Max in perfect condition nothing wrong with my phone. But for a 10% discount on food this is an awful lot of work to try and get to work. I’m not cheap but being a member should not be so much hard work. Please fix your app it’s been a year since it was last updated, I’ve only know of your membership for a week now. Fix it ASAP.
