## What is ARchitect?

ARchitect Pocket turns your iPhone into a pocket architect. Scan a room with LiDAR – or draw it by tapping the corners on any iPhone – and get an accurate, dimensioned floor plan in minutes.

NEW: AR DESIGN STUDIO – LIVE CAMERA
• Repaint your walls live: 12 designer colors or any custom color, single accent walls
• Swap the floor: oak, walnut, herringbone, marble, concrete, terracotta
• Furnish the room: sofa, bed, table, plants, lamps and more – drag, rotate, recolor
• One-tap styles: Scandinavian, Modern, Warm, Coastal, Classic
• Hold to compare before & after, share the before/after photo
• Paint estimate: painted area and liters of paint
• Works on every iPhone (XS or later) – no LiDAR required. On LiDAR models real objects stay in front of the new paint and furniture.

FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS
• Listing video in one tap: vertical 9:16 tour with 3D rooms, floor plan, total area and your logo & contact – ready for Instagram, TikTok and listing portals
• Branded PDF floor plans and project reports with your company logo
• Whole-home map with every room and the total area
• Rearrange furniture on the plan to show buyers what's possible

MY MEASUREMENTS
• Save window widths, curtain drops, the fridge niche or the sofa corner – typed in or measured with the camera
• “Will it fit?” in the store: enter the product size, see the space left
• Curtain calculator: fabric meters, fullness, hems, rod length, hooks and cost
• Share a measurement sheet (PDF) with your curtain maker or furniture store

SCAN & PLAN
• Unlimited room scans with LiDAR (iPhone Pro / iPad Pro)
• Whole Home mode: scan room after room and watch them snap into place on the house map
• Manual plans on any iPhone: tap the floor corners in AR
• Fix any wall with the length from your laser meter

MEASURE
• AR tape measure: chained distances, area & perimeter, height
• "Will it fit?": place true-to-size furniture in AR before you buy
• Spirit level
• Metric and feet & inches

SHARE PROFESSIONAL RESULTS
• Dimensioned PDF floor plans with wall lengths, scale bar and room table
• Project report with every room and the total area
• Photo notes pinned to the 3D model (damage, sockets, meters…)
• Paint, flooring, baseboard and labor cost estimates

PRO
• 3D design studio: paint walls, change floors, add furniture, record cinematic videos
• AI style ideas (on Apple Intelligence devices)
• Export AutoCAD (.dxf), OBJ and USDZ
• Watermark-free reports with your company logo
• iCloud sync across your devices, widgets and Siri shortcuts
