I downloaded this to teach my child main topics and stories in Islam, but I enjoy going through the stories too! You get quizzed along with the stories to help retain your knowledge, and it gives you coins when you pass to make it feel rewarding for children. Once you finish stories, more become unlocked. Haven’t been able to get past that first step. It’s been weeks same issue not resolved ### 3/5 — Good idea but missing some things *2026-07-10* The storytelling could be a lot more engaging, especially for kids. 1. I don’t think the storytelling reading level adapts to the profile’s age range 2. The questions sometimes ask things beyond the scope of the narrated story 3. The narration is way too fast and feels impersonal. Sometimes little details go a long way in appealing to audiences, these small details are largely skipped ### 3/5 — Love the idea but *2025-11-16* The app doesn’t work on iPhone SE.. some help for poor people ### 4/5 — Informative and interesting *2026-04-14* This is the first review I have written for an app but I had to applaud the effort gone into creating these bitesize Islamic history videos. They are told and visualised in a manner that brings it to life whether for young or old and the review questions at the end are a great idea as well. I have learnt so many new things about our history. The only thing I would appeal is that: is there any way that there could be fundraising or a generous donor to sponsor this important project as when I have returned to it after a gap, everything now needs a subscription to access it. I can understand the creator not wanting to interrupt the flow with annoying ads. If there is anyone out there who could sponsor the whole project, to make it free for the Ummah, you would be doing a great service. It is a blessing that I found Archives - they started following me and wanted to read and watch the videos and they loved the quiz at the end cause it gave them that edge of adventure and suspense. They are 8 and 6 yrs old. It would be amazing if in the future it turns into an interactive video game.
