## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Never Loads

*2022-10-03*

I'm not sure if the backbone for this site is connected via POTS line, but my experience with Archivum is in line with Windows Vista.

### 1/5 — Lame

*2022-02-02*

Pathetically slow and designed by a high school dropout.

### 1/5 — Not working

*2020-08-17*

Cannot compkete

### 1/5 — Cannot set an appointment with my advisor

*2019-09-30*

There are no links to “when” I want an appointment. It is a dead end and forces me to see my advisor unannounced. The website is the same way. I fill out who I want to meet with, campus, college, major, click on the advisor, and that is as far is it will take me. So I get stuck at “when” and cannot get to “book”. So I cannot book an appointment. USF is probably working on it embarrassingly, but it is a disappointment in the meantime. So I gave it one star. Good luck to all who hope this works but it is the same as the website. Utterly useless.

### 3/5 — A

*2025-07-30*

It’s alright

### 4/5 — Okay Navigation

*2020-09-21*

Not the most obvious way to go back to dashboard after completing covid survey, but I eventually figured it out. Runs much more smooth than initial app. Now has an easy sign in.

### 5/5 — works

*2020-06-12*

usf updated their platform because it was super simple and easy to book an appointment

### 5/5 — Worked for me

*2020-03-09*

USF may have done some work on this app since the last reviews. I was able to schedule an appointment easily.
