## What is ARcimboldi?

ARcimboldi is an innovative app that uses Augmented Reality (AR) to see how posters of your favorite events come to life simply by using your smartphone. 
With ARcimboldi, viewers can explore theater in ways they never could have imagined, thanks to a variety of engaging and interactive AR content.
ARcimboldi does more than just enhance the theater experience inside the theater. Thanks to AR, the app also allows people to experience theater outside the theater!

How ARcimboldi app works: 

• Offline pre-show experiences. You have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the theater even before the show begins using our Augmented Reality app. All you have to do is simply frame the posters, playbills and postcards of Teatro Arcimboldi scattered in public places around the city of Milan with your smartphone camera to get access to fantastic animations and additional information about the show. This way, you can discover your favorite event right away and be involved in it before the show starts.

• In-theater experiences. Once inside the theater, the AR adventure continues: you can use your device to access animations and content simply by framing the theater screen and show posters! These captivating images reinforce your connection with your favorite artists, making your theater experience unique and engaging! Also, don't miss the chance to use our app in the art exhibitions on display at the Arcimboldi Theater: frame the works and be transported into the fantasy of contemporary art.
