I have no idea how to find my membership information. No way to change billing info. No idea when membership renews or ends. Can’t find my account online, have to use the app. App experience is sub par. We don’t need an app to just manage tee times and we definitely don’t need a rangefinder app nor would it ever compare to the great ones we already use! The new app seems more like a skin on top of the EZLINKS booking engine with many of the former features missing. Too bad. ### 1/5 — Prime membership, not so prime app *2024-01-11, version 1.12.3* I’ve been a prime user for years and all of a sudden apparently I don’t exist anymore. They are unable to figure out why I can’t login on the mobile app, so I have to call each course and ask for prices which is absolutely ridiculous. And when I ask for a subsidy for my membership since it’s the most expensive one you can get, the support team doesn’t help at all. I an aware that Arcis experienced a system failure that disabled their booking, billing and phone functions but my understanding is that this has been resolved. Nonetheless whenever I attempt to reserve a Prime Member tee time through the app I get an error message…this despite knowing my membership is active and up to date. Very frustrating. If it is that functionality vs. GPS, redeploy the former- most players have their own GPS or range finders. You cannot search teetimes for multiple clubs at once, you can’t do basic things like look up your existing reservations. ### 1/5 — New App version is annoying *2023-11-09* Old App you could select the courses you always play in Arizona. Now a list of 8 States comes up. Further you could tap an icon at the bottom and see ALL of your reservations. Now, you have to go into each individual course and look. Not user friendly, not a positive change. There are many courses that do not appear in the app and it is not user friendly. Combine that with the inability to reach anyone for service/assistance…membership has no privileges!!! ### 1/5 — Worst golf App I’ve ever used *2026-02-27, version 1.12.5* The app is not well designed. It’s cumbersome and lacks the functionality to display all courses and tee times available in an area. If you’re trying to book a tee time you must select state and course to see tee times at each course. This is the equivalent of calling each course for available times. The app also lacks the functionality to cancel tee times. Archaic is a good way to describe this app. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-11-02, version 1.12.5* This app is completely useless. You need to check your charges every time you golf. They will tell you it’s dynamic pricing but that’s not accurate. You can’t get anyone to give you support to fix there errors. No help to be found, no response to my email request for help from customer support, so I’m just out of luck now??? Yes , you can make tee times easier, potentially but cannot see the times of an already scheduled round. Please fix it ### 2/5 — Stone creek *2025-09-28, version 1.12.5* I want to inform you that today 9/28/25 that Stonecreek should have never been open for anyone to play. There was a severe storm last night but I booked a tee time anyway knowing that yes the water absorbs quickly in AZ, but the amount a debris, such as trash, mattresses, shoes, and overall debris was insane. Example, a mattress in the fair way draws the line for me. They should have took the time to clean the course and open the following day.
